"Booked hotel morning of and received excellent customer service from staff even before checking in! After informing them of our late arrival, they called twice first to ensure we know how to get there and secondly to advise us to eat outside as kitchen will be close by time we get there. Villas we stayed in is beautiful as seen in pictures and the American breakfast was delicious too."

"We stay at the villa 2 tomes. First one in a smaller villa which was great but second stay in 2 weeks in villa 1 was bad. The conditions of the rooms could be better. Shower head did not work, pool was not cleaned and cleaning could be bettter"

"This is not a resort villa, is more to private property owner. Not contactable, difficult to find the location. Owner unable to speak international language- English. Difficult communication. Private pool is very dirty, totally unable to use it. No shower gel, hair dryer, kettle is not heatable. We believe that property is not being clean before we arrive. Ants running around and cockroaches. Totally disappointed."
