ブライス アイランド リージョナル パークのツリーハウス

「Our room wasn’t ready when we got there but they up grated us with out saying anything. Our room was very, very nice and the staff was very helpful. The bathroom light was flickering so they came immediately and replaced it. Very good stay!」

「All was well other than the pillows for my kids pull out bed. They had mold on them. They might have been placed in the clear wrapper wet. Everything else was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. I just gave the kids a pillow from the main bed. 3 out 5.」

「Great」

「Very clean and great for staying several days. We used the kitchenette to cook and the big fridge was super helpful for leftovers. The bathroom was nice, the room and closet was nice. The housekeepers made sure we had fresh towels. The gym was big! Good equipment! The only downside was the laundry only accepts quarters and the front desk wants cash to give quarters. We couldn’t connect to the TV so we bought an HDMI-C cable to connect to it. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would come again.」

「Good enough to stay.」

「The room itself is fine, but we had a broken iron and fridge. We brought perishable snacks so that was a big issue. The room also smelled weird. The front staff agreed to let us swap rooms and gave us some air freshener to use. The staff was very helpful, but the new room's toilet wasn't ever really cleaned and the AC started leaking water on the 3rd day of our stay. At that point, we just stuck it out in the room since we realized there would be something wrong with every room. We do appreciate...

「Although the hotel is currently under some construction the rooms were well kept. The staff and bar was great. Great breakfast with an omelette station !」

「Very helpful staff! Clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the shower; the door made a lot of noise when opening and no place to put my feet for shaving.」

「Clean room, has a tub shower instead of just a shower. It was a little difficult to get in and out of it. Very good property all around.」
