The night attendant forgot which room she checked me into ! So while I was asleep my door opened and a stranger came in! While this awaken me, I wasn’t for sure if I was dreaming , so I let it slide and the next thing I knew my door was opening again , but this time I said can I help you and a voice came back with an apology? So I figured they realized I was in the room. The next thing I receive a phone call from the front desk asking me my name, which I told them and they said thank you? The next morning I questioned what had happen , which they explained they had book the room to someone else and accidentally gave me the room . When the person arrived they assigned her to my room and that’s how it happened! Long story long , the night person forgot which room she gave to me! No apologies? That’s all

I wanted to point out that the young gentleman who was working at The breakfast service named Jacob went out of his way to be helpful to my wife who is a vegetarian. He offered to make her a special omelette and was kind enough to bring it out to our table with an excellent attitude. As far as issues with our stay I would say the bathroom door sliding mechanism was messed up so it was very difficult to close and open the bathroom door

Honest review - the general ammenites nice, solid breakfast options, convenient ice machines, nice staff - BUT the bed - oh dear - horrible bed, very 'worn' with springs poking my body all night long, thus a terrible sleep - was visiting during a ' peak' time but for almost $400 a night - arrgh . . . don't recommend unless paying under $100 and your not that picky about your mattress.

Hallways were dirty, bathroom faucets were loose and barely hanging on. Thermostat has a lock box on it so it’s stuck at 70. It’s basically a worn out hotel. Construction workers live there. One washer and dryer.

The breakfast was excellent. However, when I got tried to take a shower in the morning, I had NO hot water. So, I had to take a shower in cold water. I spoke to the front desk and they apologized, but no offer for a rate cut for my stay. I was not the only one who had this issue, I heard at least 1 other couple complain about this issue also.
