"Parking on site, pool that is set at temperature, overall well maintained on tje outside. The inside of the room needs better lighting some upgrades but over its good to stay with kids as well. But if you don't have kids make sure you get the upper floor because I could not sleep with the guest above me. "

"The location is fabulous with steps down to the beach and restaurants/shopping in easy walking distance. Enjoyed sitting on the patio in the morning to listen to the ocean and watch the tide. The firepits are great at night. There were plenty of towels and nice amenities in the bathroom. With parking at a premium, the garage was very nice to have. The leather furniture in the living area was very worn, almost harsh on the skin if wearing shorts. The dining table was spacious with comfortable chairs. Loved the blinds which allowed seeing out, but not in. Curtains were tired with some rips."

"Exceptional property, from the moment we arrived. Service was what you expect from a top tier property. More family friendly than expected based on the reviews but wasn't an issue for me and my wife even though it may have been if a couple wanted a more adult heavy enviroment. Pool and pool service was top notch. Views you can't beat. "

"Charming, historic property- steps from the beach! Parking is available off-site, but it was good to leave our car there and walk/trolley everywhere. The staff is lovely and attentive. As it is an older building, do not expect the more modern features. Overall it was the good choice for our budget and our get-away."

"This is a cute, quiet, cottage-like, hotel directly on the sand with beach access! I checked in on 3/21/26 at about 3pm and the front desk staff was incredible. They were super inviting, warm, and friendly and truly made us feel like we were being hosted in their own home! Thank you for the memorable check in experience and lovely stay "

"Amazing place to relax, rejuvenate and visit Laguna Beach. Although it’s on the PCH, once inside its historic grounds, you will be transported to another place. . Many delightful corners to enjoy the California sunsets and beautiful weather. The amenities, food on site and staff are the icing on top! This boutique hotel does not disappoint! A short walk under the PCH to a hidden beach. "
