We had an incredible time. The hotel is beautiful with plenty of things to do. Breakfast has a good selection of things. Front desk staff always friendly.
My only suggestion for the hotel is to let guests know they need to request room cleaning, as we spent more than a week there and only had one cleaning of the room upon request, and it was scheduled for the following day.
Although not from the hotel, we did have an unpleasant experience with the agent selling the park tickets, but this is not in any way a resemblance of the hotel staff.
