"Very clean and beautiful hotel. We booked a smaller room, I’d recommend a larger room or at least one with a chair, however; the common rooms are fantastic and there are plenty of places to sit around the hotel. It is very convenient to town, hiking, shopping and eating. Staff is friendly. We had an issue with the temp gauge in our room and were accommodated very quickly."

"Checked in. 1. TV didn’t work, not a big deal, they came and repaired it. 2 Bed had no top sheet! Slept with nothing, too hot to sleep with a blanket, see next… 3. Air conditioning did not work, it was 10 PM when we returned and realized it was now 78 in the room, stuck it out for the night, they moved us to another room across the hall. They did offer a coupon for a free night for a future stay, I declined, stating I wouldn’t be returning to that hotel! 4. Next day, when showering, discovered the shower had pressure comparable to a slow drip! 5. Later that day, the toilet seat lid fell off in my hand while raising it. 6. We had two rooms, the second for our son, he had been one issue, underwear were left behind from the previous guest. Went to the front desk, we asked for a late checkout, was given poor attitude and then told $109.00 per room! The property was nice, otherwise. Ate breakfast in the hotel. The property was nice but not enough to ever validate such a negative experience!"

"The hotel location was fine and the parking was safe and easy. There were many big events in the area during our stay and we understood why the room rate was so high. The hotel offered an expensive buffet breakfast that was only available if you ate it there. That was disappointing."

"This is the second time we've stayed here. We occasionally need to be close to Augusta Valley Health facilities. This will now be our go-to spot for that. It's been newly renovated and was very well done. It's always clean, and staff are very friendly and helpful. (Jamie is especially top notch!) The breakfast offers a wide variety of hot and cold options. I especially love it because they have gluten free items, including muffins. And all of this for a reasonable price. They've earned repeat customers in us! "
