I don’t like how they don’t have a coffee set up in the room. Yes, there is coffee on site at the kings highway diner and yes there is Koffi , the coffee shop across the street , but I want a coffee pot in my room . That would make this even better. Call me crazy but I want to make myself a cup of coffee when I first wake up. I could come up with a few fun ways to provide in room coffee set ups.

Upon arrival we were greeted by an empty “lobby” that lacks a check in desk. After wandering around and waiting a while, I opened a door labeled laundry where a young woman was standing on the other side watching us from a monitor on her tablet. We called several times while trying to check in with no answer on the number listed. The pool and outdoor area were much dingier than pictured. The room was fine and the bed was reasonably comfortable. We did have to ask for towels each day as no one ever came to clean our room. Overall, there are much better places to stay in Palm Springs within the same budget. I personally wouldn’t choose Royal Sun a second time based purely on their lack of customer service and support. We purchased resort passes to other properties and would highly recommend anyone staying at Royal Sun do the same.

Rooms very clean. Staff very nice. The lady in the front desk is very helpful and always great attitude. Restaurant (el jefe) staff amazing too. Pool fun, dj great and good music. All amazing.
