"The condo is in a beautiful location right on the beach. We were able to enjoy a cocktail and toast the sunset every night. There are 2 restaurants and a Delli within walking distance.The condo was clean when we arrived but did not have cleaning supplies other than a broom. Johanna was able to get us a mop and pail so we could wash the floor and cleaning clothes for the appliances and bathroom. Johanna also was able to provide new cooking pans and bowls that we requested. "

"The room was clean. The property itself is very dated. It felt like we were in a retirement place for people over 65. Beach bar next-door was the only restaurant in the area open on a Sunday was not very good. At the time of our visit, the sargassum seaweed was all over all the beaches so they stunk from the rotting sargassum . They check-in is not very good as they have no central office. A caretaker of the building took care of our check-in. Language was a bit of a barrier. Don’t count on early check-in. Our particular room had a few maintenance issues as well."

"My family of four really enjoyed our stay here. The only thing we did not enjoy was the proximity of our unit to the road, which has loud traffic. It is quiet through the night hours though, and that was nice. Otherwise, I do recommend Sundancer in Sandy Bay for a more authentic island experience! Host was great, in-unit laundry very helpful, and proximity to everything easy."

"Loved the casita. Nothing fancy but was comfortable and quaint. Perfect for my husband and I. The beach and the seating at the end of the dock was beautiful. Everyone on staff was welcoming and kind. We had stopped at grocery store on our way in but our beer was warm. The bar on site was not technically open by the time we arrived but they happily sold us 2 cold beers. The Maz Kai restaurant at top of the driveway was excellent and we ate there several times. We are not divers and unfortunately our snorkel trip was cancelled due to high winds but we enjoyed everything about our stay! "

"The casita was perfect , no issues . Very responsive to any questions . Waterfront and convenient to main road for taxis. Clean, nice , wonderful had a great trip. "

"Manny was always very responsive when communicating with him.Sandy Bay is a perfect place if you do not want the crowds of West Bay. The pier was perfect to swim off of and jump off of. There is also the Sol Y Mar beach club down the beach aways. Which you can visit. It has a good beach. With chairs and a bar.The air conditioners worked perfectly in the house. Which is hard to find in Central and South America, The beds were also comfortable.Fit our needs to a tee.I would suggest renting a car if you stay here. But there are a few places close by to eat at. Which you can walk to, But to explore the island. Having a car is the way to go."
