On the way to "Kim's Katskill Mountain Lodge" you will see the most beautiful scenery of the Catskill Mountains! Turning into the lot you will find an A-frame cabin on the right and a private pond, it is currently in progress (will sleep 4/ separate rental). As you get to the top you will see the large wooden columns with animal carvings made from a local artist. There are 4 apple trees on the property, so you can go apple picking during the fall season! Most of the grounds up the hill by the main cabin is gravel.
We provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. This 4,630 sq ft. lodge sleeps up to 14 people comfortably. The entire interior of the home looks like a log cabin with an open concept surrounded by 6 skylights and large windows letting in all the natural lighting w/ mountain views. The grand living room has a beautiful stoned wood burning fireplace with 2 sofas, 2 accent chairs and smart TV. There is a dining table and a breakfast nook that have seating for up to 14 people. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for a short or long term stay. All appliances are brand new (NXR industrial stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, pots/pans, cooking utensils, utensils, cups, plates, trays, wine opener, can opener, etc.) As you walk through the kitchen, you will find yourself in the family room with a 2nd living area. It has another small sectional, electric fireplace for extra warmth and smart TV. This section of the home is connected to the 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There are 2 entrance/ exits on the main floor.
The entrance has stairs leading to the lower level. The log railings have custom wooden wagon wheel designs. There is a wooden bar, home theater w/ projector, reclining chairs and jumbo bean bags, game room with pool table, arcade games, boardgames, poker table, hockey /ping pong table, and dart board. On the right side you will find the laundry room w/ washer and dryer (for 1 week+ stay only), 4th bedroom suite. London inspired telephone booth, 3rd full bathroom (spa) featuring a soaking tub and large shower. There are 2 sliding doors in the basement for safety exits.
HEATING/COOLING- 2 multi split units in living room and 1 multi split in primary bedroom. Electric heating units and AC/ window units in 2 smaller bedrooms. Portable fans in all bedrooms. Propane gas fire place in living room and propane heater in basement.

FAMILY ROOM- gray sectional w/ pull out full mattress, smart TV, electric fireplace, 2nd entrance/exit (sleeps 2) **can serve as a "4th bedroom situation**
