Our 2 BR half of a duplex is located on the west side 5 minutes away from Karst Farm Park and Monroe County Airport, 10 minutes from IU Stadium, less than 15 minutes to IU health hospital, less than 20 minutes to McCormick's Creek State Park, and less than 30 minutes to Lake Monroe! Minutes to shopping or restaurants and a quick car ride to I-69 or downtown Bloomington.

    Has a fully fenced-in back yard.

The duplex is very nicely furnished....makes you feel at home. This location is close to shopping and dining. I-69 is just a few minutes away so you can go anywhere in Bloomington and Indianapolis easily. There is a small deck and backyard which is enjoyable and good for our pet. Our host makes checking in and out very easy. They also respond quickly to messages.
