The room maintenance could definitely be improved. During my stay, I experienced problems with the toilet, TV, and telephone, and I had to change rooms three times.
The quality of service at the front desk also seems to depend heavily on the individual staff member. I would recommend staying at this hotel only if you are comfortable communicating and negotiating in English, as you may need to be persistent to get issues resolved.
