"I loved staying at the Aurora Igloo North. I fell asleep watching clouds and stars. I woke up seeing horses and mountains. My room was very clean. The room had a heater and a fan. The bed was heated and had the most luxurious comforters so I wasn't cold in the middle of the night. Someone attends to the kitchen and shared bathrooms throughout the day, so the places stay tidy and well stocked with clean fluffy towels. When I showered at 6pm the shower gel was empty and still empty the next morning at 7am. I used the plentiful shampoo instead to wash my body so it was fine. Sometimes there is a short wait to use the bathroom. The kitchen has a complimentary coffee machine and tools to cook even though I didn't use them. For the price, I think this place was a great value for such a unique and lovely experience."

Keep in mind that the nearest grocery store or restaurant is 30 minutes away. There are three wonderful dogs that patrol the farm and ste your hearts for some ball throwing and pets. Great location if you have plants to go towards Akeyaki or Western Iceland."
