"Best experience ever. Travelling as a big family together can be stressful. We arrived early and welcomed by the staff front desk. Mr Ismael the night manager made sure comfortable. The hotel us early check in and breakfast. Mr Kayvan the guest relation manager whom spook 7 languages. helped us a lot. He upgraded our rooms with extra charges. this hotel hospitality, and the quality of real five star . we enjoyed the clean rooms and receiving fruit baskets and sweets, daily. The food, and the restaurants and beach restaurant was so fresh so good quality with so much varieties. We used swimming in the beach in the pool water park and sauna and Turkish bath daily. We also got a good deal with that group massage which was a good experience. Our ride back to airport was managed by the hotel. If you wanna feel luxury and safe and enjoy every bit of your trip this resort is the answer. Make sure connect with Mr. Kayvan for all the possible solutions . The dinner st the terrace felt very luxury and the kebabs and staffs professionalism, such a great atmosphere and treat with family. It was the stress-free vacation best experiences ever there was a disco night very very organized for people to dance use Shisha Hoka. They had music by turn EnglishTurkish Russian and Persian. They worked so hard and respecting all the guest equally No staring or uncomfortable behaviour"

"The hotel wasn't too big, and the rooms were exactly what was needed for a holiday where you wanted to be outside all day - a/c didn't work on day 1, but was fixed within 30 minutes of highlighting the issue. The guests were mostly Russian and German, although most staff spoke a little English. The all inclusive offering was plentiful, with a delicious spread of continental meat / fish and salads at every meal. The desserts were varied and tasty, with fruit options in addition to the sweet treats. The drink selection was mostly wine (local but reasonable), beer (Tuborg), vodka (Smirnoff) and gin (Gordons). We had no problem with what was on offer, although it was a hard cut off at 10pm. The pool was clean and not too crowded, there was no issue getting a sun lounger on any day we were there, and whilst the beach loungers were busier, we found that going after lunch was quieter and we were able to find what we wanted (Me shade and Him sunshine) the beach is pebbly rather than sandy - and best tackled with shoes - especially on the way out of the sea! The town is pretty, and has all the tourist shops and bars you need if not wanting to travel further - with all the 'designer' brands available. The beach is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. We experienced the Turkish Hamman on our last day, which is an interesting experience, and the basic €15 bath is fun to try. "

"I stayed with my cat for a week. The hotel personals were so kind, smiling and helpful. The room was so clean and cleaning everyday. The furniture and the view were so beautiful. On the other hand the beach was like a dream, comfortable, there are additional entertainments with payment like Banana, parasailing etc. The meals were so delicious with supporting so many tastes and drinks. There were also show times after meal. I would definitely recommend to stay as family. "

"Unfortunately not a good stay one party wax asked to vacate room even though he had kids as issue with payment .. there was none but even upgrade didnt help. Food not much turkish mainly russian . No sense of queung if you have manners you will get no food or drink you will just be ignored 16 if us went through various agents but none will return"
