We stayed in a building separate from the main hotel and had an incredible view with a quaint balcony. Staff assisted us by bringing out luggage to the room which was very kind after a long day of traveling. Complimentary breakfast was provided and the meal was incredible. "We were beyond thrilled with this hotel! EVERYTHING was phenomenal- the service and staff, the common areas, the food, the room, the bathroom (with many little extras), the *views*... We were sad we had not planned our full stay at this hotel and had to switch to another. We ended up staying in 3 different towns- Wengen, Murren, and Grindelwald, and perhaps because of this hotel, but if we had to choose one location next time, it would absolutely be this one."
