"Great staff, great space, comfy beds and amenities. Free pastries and coffee which is a lovely touch. A complimentary upgrade was given as we mentioned being on our honeymoon. So kind and such a nice surprise. "

"Expedia would not allow me to change my plans. The website stook me in circles and the the wait times for phone calls was listed as over 1,045 minutes. The inflexibility cost me $250. Juding by the inability to contact Expedia to change plans while traveling or for anything else for that matter, they just lost a repeat customer. Their charge on my Visa will be disputed. Sad."

"We did not use the laundry service, but it was available.And the room I guess was proper temperature.For what it was set up"

"Couldn’t have asked for a better ski house - this place ROCKED! My group got so much use out of the hot tub, sauna, and massage chairs after long days on the mountain. The beds were also incredibly comfortable and the common area was perfect for hanging out. We will definitely stay here again next time. "

"The apartment was clean, spacious, with excellent location, all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.It should be mentioned that there are steep stairs to access, it was not a problem for us, but it could be an issue for other guests."

"Hotel is beautiful in a beautiful setting. Clean and has everything you'd want. Room very nice and bed super comfortable. Staff was wonderful with great information and always there to help and so friendly. "
