The beds and bedding is very cheap . Pillows are really thin , we could feel the springs in the mattress. The walls are thin, we could hear doors openings and shutting all night, TV in the next room, and people talking. Elevator takes a long time . It is an extra daily charge to get a refrigerator or freezer in your room . The rolled up towels had hairs in them and sheets had stains .

On a passé un bon séjour à l'hôtel blaucel. Réception à l'écoute et serviable Restauration variée et saine, un grand merci à Tony et tous les membres de son équipe. Ma fille était très contente des animatrices du mini club. La chambre : Service ménage au top. Climatisation est géniale et pas bruyante Revoir la literie ça peut être top. La proximité de l'hôtel de la plage est un grand avantage. Concernant la ville blanes, est une ville très riche et pas mal de choses à voir, aussi le train est très pratique pour voir les villes voisines comme Mataro ou Barcelone.

The area of Blanes is stunning and offers lots of hats , restaurants & shops. The location of the hotel is a 15 walk from the main centre. It does have lots of shops around though. It's very much on the quiet area which was nice. The hotel room we had slept x 5 so plenty of room for the 4 of us. The pool area wasn't very appealing as it was on a road with no privacy. You can use the hotel across the road so bare that on mind. We experience some wind by the poolside and the parasols become loose and hit my husband on the head. After reporting it the staff didn't come and investigate. In fact many parasols went flying across the poolside. You don't see any S sff at all round the pool as they stay in the bar area. My boy asked for some ice from bar staff and was told he couldn't have any. We had bought drinks & food during our stay so was a bit disappointing that we couldn't have a couple of ice cubes !! A bit mean telling a child 'NO'. The rooms were cleaned daily in the morning and towels changed. This was fine until the last day when nobody has come and at 3pm we reported to reception that we didn't have any clean towels. We were assured that someone would be with us soon and that they were busy. By 8pm we were still left with no towels so tried to call reception. The phone rand out and when answered it hung up the other end. My husband had to go down to reception and he was give a couple of towels. No body came until 9.30 pm that day which is totally unacceptable!

Mediokert hotell

Hotellet var generellt slitet. På bottenvåningen saknades toasitsen på en av toaletterna som ingen fixade under de 5 dagarna som jag bodde där. Personalen i receptionen och i matsalen hade stundatls problem med att förstå engelska. Maten i buffén var medioker och inget jag skulle rekommendera. Vid påtalande av flera brister under veckans gång fick man höra, I am so sorry, men ingen förändring skedde. Lekrummet var endast öppet 3h per dag och vissa inplanerade aktiviteter blev aldrig av. Checkade in på Beverly park precis efter denna vistelse. Dyrare, men allt var bättre där. Man får vad man betalar för.
