LOCATION:

- Situated 400 meters from the magnificent S'Abanell beach and about a 15-minute walk from the lively town center. They are located in the 'Los Pinos' area, one of the most vibrant parts of Blanes, and just 100 meters from supermarkets, shops, bars, and nightclubs. The apartments feature simple, functional décor but are fully equipped for a holiday on the Costa Brava.

- Excellent transport links to major nearby cities: Platja d'Aro and Girona are both a 45-minute drive away, while Barcelona is a one-hour train ride away.

LAYOUT:

- Apartment complex. Capacity: 4–6 people. Features include a living-dining area with a double sofa bed or two bench-style beds, two twin bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen (breakfast bar style), a bathroom, and a furnished terrace.

- Air conditioning will be available starting January 2027 for an optional surcharge of €10 (payable at reception); Wi-Fi is not available.

AMENITIES:

- Elevator.

- Swimming pool for adults and children (open approximately June 1 to September 30), garden, and children's playground.

- Located 100 meters from restaurants, a supermarket, a nightclub, and a shopping area.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:

- Furnishings and equipment (excluding linens/towels), water, electricity, pre-arrival and post-departure cleaning, and use of the swimming pool. NOT INCLUDED:

- Bed linen rental available at reception: €6 per set/week (payable at reception).

- Towel rental available at reception: €6 per set/week (payable at reception).

- For stays of 7 nights or more between September 22 and June 6, electricity is not included in the rate; charges will be billed upon departure based on actual consumption (meter reading) at a rate of €0.35/kWh.

PETS: Not allowed.

TOURIST TAX: Not included (€1.75, payable at reception).

DEPOSIT: €180 per stay (€50 per person for young groups); payable via credit card.

Arrivals outside office hours: Access via a lockbox with a code; please call a few days prior to arrival to obtain the access code.
