「We really enjoyed our stay at Outdoorsy. The yurts are definitely "outdoorsy". You are in nature and it is quiet and private. We had interesting weather during our stay with several thunderstorms. It was noisy in the yurt but we always felt safe. The yurt was comfortable, clean, and roomy. 「This place was paradise to us. We wanted a cousin couples getaway without our children and this property did not disappoint. 「The Peacock House is tucked away in the beautiful hills of Wimberley. The house takes me back to the great summer vacations as a child at my Granny’s log cabin in the mountains of Tennessee. 「Nice little house, great location and very peaceful. We were here 4 nights 5 days so we had several clothes, there was not a place to hang them or a place to put them in. The furniture in the den is limited to one antique couch, which is pretty but not functional for relaxing and watching TV. The front and back porch are awesome for sitting on and watching the deer however the mosquitoes were horrible so bring off or somtheing to repel them. All these are minor things. 「Home was clean, kitchen was well equipped. Refrigerator had an icemaker. Plenty of towels and cleaning items available. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows.The backyard was simple, covered deck with a table a chairs. Grss covered lawn and beautiful cypress tress providing shade. Steps leading down to the river. There is a wooden dock. I was hoping for a place to put my chair in the river water and relax, but the water is too deep there, it just drops off. My only real complaints, and its no ones falt but my own for not paying attention, are the size of the bed, wich if i had paid attention to the listing i would have seen it was a full bed not a queen We sill sleep comfortably. And the ceader trees again my fault for not paying attention. We truly enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway.」
