It’s an old hotel, Probably from the 60s where all the rooms are on the first floor and you can back right up to them. We had four people in our room, and we shared the one towel that was there."

"Staff was made aware that the door to my room didnt lock and that the keypad didnt work, so basically my door was just unlocked all the time. Anyone could have just walked right in at any time. I was told basically that theres nothing they could do and that there were no other rooms to move me to until the day before i check out.
