「The staff was great. The facility was good and breakfast yeah not so much. It wasn’t bad. It just wasn’t a whole lot of choices. Didn’t even have orange juice out. How can you have breakfast with us orange juice…lol」

「Rooms left a lot to be desired. Floors were dirty. Walking from the bath to the bed, barefoot, the bottoms of our feet were black. Hot water was non-existent the night we arrived, however there was plenty the following morning. We bought towels at the Dollar General, so we would have decent towels. Rooms are noisy and neighbors can be heard easily. We won't be back.」

I was told basically that theres nothing they could do and that there were no other rooms to move me to until the day before i check out. 「Sketchy checking in, no one is ever at the front they leave a list of numbers to text for help, it’s like someone living there managing the place with babies and kids everywhere. Room was already booked so they had to give us a different room with less features. They do not clean your room multiple night stays, they don’t issue more towels, I’m a big girl and we were denied.
