「Unit was clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive. Not a good view to a very run down house across the street. Booking was for 4 adults. Better for two adults and two children. Only one room and a sleeper couch. But comfortable. Power outage meant no drinking water, shower or flushable toilet for the duration of our stay. Strange to not have a back up for situations like this. Host refunded us without us asking. Outstanding.」

「Beautiful apartment with everything you could need for a short break, we wish we could have stayed much longer!
It was spotlessly clean, cosy and loved the mountain and river view from the balcony. Location was excellent with short walk to cafes, supermarket, shops and centre of Golden.
Would highly recommend staying here over any hotel in Golden area.」

「The condo is nice, exactly like the pictures in the listing. We had 2 issues during our very short stay:
1. The town lost power for almost 36 hours, so we were without any electricity. The building did not have any emergency lighting in the corridors neither was any emergency lights available within the condo. There was no fire escape or exit out of the condo except navigating the pitch dark hallways. We felt extremely unsafe.
2. The sheets on one of the beds smelled of vomit.

「The space is located on the second floor of a condominium complex, and you have to be buzzed in to enter the building. Overall, the rooms are a bit smaller than average, but the condo is well maintained, nicely decorated, and comfortable.
The main issue is that there are no blackout curtains in the primary bedroom, so quite a bit of light comes in at night and in the early morning. The towel and coffee service could also use some upgrading.
Overall, it is a nice, well-maintained space, but a...

「Very Disappointing Stay
Unfortunately, this condo was a major disappointment.
We booked partly because previous guests described the beds as very comfortable. Instead, the mattresses were old, saggy, springy, and creaky, causing back discomfort and poor sleep. The pull-out sofa was more comfortable.
Six people stayed in the unit above us, and poor sound insulation made their footsteps, movement, and chair-dragging clearly audible. The constant noise compounded the problem of the...
