"Great"

"We won't stay here again because there is no covered drive up to the door. We had to unload our car in the pouring rain and carry everything to the front door. We don't stay at fancy hotels but I can't remember ever staying at a hotel without this simple feature. Room was clean but the bathroom was small. No counter space, VERY short toilet, minimally comfortable bed. Not what we expected for the price."

"The staff was the best part of our stay. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I want to be clear that my concerns are with the condition and maintenance of the property, not the employees. For a room that cost over $160 for one night, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, I did not feel the room or the property’s condition justified the price. Our room appeared generally clean, although it was difficult to tell how clean the carpet was...

"The pool was very cold. The staff was excellent and the place was very clean, but the pillows were hard."

"The staff was incompetent. They tried to double charge me for the room on 2 separate occasions. They did charge another person twice that was in front of us for check in. The room was fine but, not as throughly cleaned as it should have been. Breakfast was ok."
