Part of the reason we chose to come was for its proximity to the two Machrihanish courses but we didn't quite realise how great the beaches are as well! "We (2 families) stayed a week in this really nice and cozy accomodation. We found everything we needed, the kitchen was really well equipped, the 3 bathroomes were new and very nice. The furnishings of the rooms are really great, we really felt at home in this house. The surrounding is exceptional and nice quite and every day we enjoyed the view to the ocean. There was a small problem with the shower at the start, but the caretaker took immediately care of it. We would come back any Time."

"Had an amazing time on Arran, The Mill Barn was a perfect location to explore all around the island with everywhere within east driving distance. The bus from the Mill Barn to Blackwaterfoot was less than 5 min away ideal for going to The Kinloch Hotel for a drink or food.Mill Barn was spacious and everything catered for.Ruth was always in touch and was happy to accommodate check in and check out times which was really helpful. Would definitely venture back to Arran in the future. "
