I made a reservation in advance. It was a football weekend so rates were jacked up. The "non-smoking" room I was given was obviously smoked in. It was awful. The desk clerk made me come back to the desk to give me another room, which meant re-packing everything back into the car. The second room smelled better, but it was upstairs - and that was ok - and it was quiet and nicer.

Unexpectedly I found this property to be affordable & clean. The sheets were so soft & looked as if they had been ironed. Most hotels blame it on being green and we are forced into unironed sheets, that look disgusting & who can tell if they are fresh. The bathroom needed some repairs but I had a fair shower. We skipped breakfast it was cereal & donuts. No protein. If there had been an egg we would have gone. Check- out was early 11am but it still gave us time to have a leisurely morning. Overall was happy with this hotel.

The price of the room was very reasonable. The check-in was quick. The room was clean. Shower had excellent water pressure. Simple breakfast of coffee, juice, cereal, muffins. Motel is on a commercial strip off of I-81 so the area around is all businesses, there's no view.. Fast food restaurants near by for a quick meal. Overall, good value for the price.

Staff are really friendly and inviting the cleanliness of the property and room were great.Only issue we had was the pressure of the water in the shower I think it was just the shower head wasn't working properly because we never had this issue the past few times we stayed here

Dirty and not acceptable to sleep in.
This was the most expensive ($1200 for two nights jacked up for graduation) hotel I’ve stayed at in quite a while and it was THE absolute dirtiest, most run down and grossest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. I was sent in circles for a refund - we left early from the event bc even my 17 yr old son wouldn’t stay another night. The first photo is a pleather bed skirt with dirt from years in it.

Jack at the front desk is always great! He will make recommendations for places to go and restaurants to eat at based on you're criteria. Now, my ratings for everything else are based on price point. Very good for the price and excellent staff.

An older hotel refurbished, so a good sized room with microwave, refrigerator, TV, numerous charging points. Quiet considering it is near I-81. Trees on the lot and an outside pool, closed for this visit. No breakfast but McDonalds across the road. Good value and a pleasant stay.
