They were very friendly and helpful, it would have been better if we had a lower floor has we both where disabled , the room was clean and comfortable but his very tired and needs upgrading, but other that that we enjoyed our stay for the price we paid

Just what we needed for a night's stay in Blackpool, friendly service, clean and comfy rooms, old but charming! A stones throw from Blackpool tower too so easy access to the seafront and town centre.

We stayed at the feathers... It was a last minute booking. Price of the room was brilliant value for money 💰 With in walking distance from the Blackpool tower and town centre. Check in was quick and easy , the lady was very friendly , helpful and welcoming. Hotel felt safe 🏳️‍🌈 and had decent facilities (compared to others previously visited) We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 night stay at the feathers hotel and will most certainly look at booking again if we ever travel to Blackpool! Thankyou 😊

Nice host, very Friendly. Nice room, built in hair dryer is a nice touch. We did find a “baggy” ( used for substances ) down the side of the bed side table when plugging in chargers but we understand that’s a hard area to clean. On the last day when we stripped the bedding we found weed clumps in the bed, leading us to believe perhaps the sheets were not changed between guests? Other than that it was a pleasant visit, nice en-suite and good location.

Bathroom terrible. Room has thin walls so you can hear next door if you looking for quiet time you are depend from guests next door. Service can rate as seen only once. No cleaning in room conducted over 5 days of stay

We arrived early on the day we checked in and we went into feathers hotel and nobody was at the reception so I rang the doorbell there and it took them a while to answer then took them 1 hour to come down. We did leave the suitcase at the back of reception until we were able to check in and we were able to check in early at 1pm. The room was nice just no heating at all.
