They were very friendly and helpful, it would have been better if we had a lower floor has we both where disabled , the room was clean and comfortable but his very tired and needs upgrading, but other that that we enjoyed our stay for the price we paid

Fantastic stay here for a week in Blackpool. Staff are super friendly and go all out for you. Will definitely stay here again in the future

Just what we needed for a night's stay in Blackpool, friendly service, clean and comfy rooms, old but charming! A stones throw from Blackpool tower too so easy access to the seafront and town centre.

Eaten to death

Room was not very clean and dated. No hot water last night so no shower till this morning. wifes been bitten to death covered in large bumps.... Won't be going back there

Weekend stay

No Breakfast option available. Decoration very outdated. Rooms tiny and the bathroom’s are less than a mtr wide. Needs a thorough upgrade.

We stayed at the feathers... It was a last minute booking. Price of the room was brilliant value for money 💰 With in walking distance from the Blackpool tower and town centre. Check in was quick and easy , the lady was very friendly , helpful and welcoming. Hotel felt safe 🏳️‍🌈 and had decent facilities (compared to others previously visited) We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 night stay at the feathers hotel and will most certainly look at booking again if we ever travel to Blackpool! Thankyou 😊

We arrived early on the day we checked in and we went into feathers hotel and nobody was at the reception so I rang the doorbell there and it took them a while to answer then took them 1 hour to come down. We did leave the suitcase at the back of reception until we were able to check in and we were able to check in early at 1pm. The room was nice just no heating at all.

Dirty stinking hotel

Well where do I start ,, wasn’t impressed with the lounge !! Then the room just got worse , broken blinds , curtains didn’t fit , grubby carpets , towels to small , mattress springy , bins overflowing with rubbish , no staff on site to get toiletries, and to top it all on day of checking out , someone was in reception demanding money back x after coming home I’m full of bites !!! I presume from the mattress , we did try and get somewhere else , but. No vacancies x DO NOT STAY HERE !!

Avoid this place at all costs. Arrived just before 3 and room not ready yet. Shower was ice cold and no hot water what so ever. We arrived back from night at winter gardens and couldn't get in the front door, the key wouldn't work in the lock, tried the door bell for about 20 mins and no response, no answer on the telephone number provided. We ended up having to throw stones at another guests window for around 10 mins to get in. So we sat in the rain and cold for around 30 mins. Not impressed. When we tried the key in the door it would work on lock inside but not outside. Another couple was also trying to get in and they didn't even have a door key. There was dirty laundry and pots and rubbish in the hallway downstairs which was there when we arrived and still their when we left. No sign of anyone working here what so ever, no one ever in reception. If I could give zero stars I would. This place needs removing from all websites.

ルームクリーニングはダメでした

7日滞在して、たった一度もベッドメイキングをしてくれませんでした。 タオルも一度も代えてくれませんでした！ ゴミは、2度だけ回収がありましたが、ゴミ箱が満杯になっていました。 毎日ルームクリーニングする、と書いてあったけど、嘘でしたね。 朝食については、ビュッフェ形式で食べやすかったです。でも、9:00~9:45の間だけだったので、不便です。

Clean room booked a ground floor and got 1st floor. But room was clean tidy. Comfortable comfy bed Toilet was a bit small and tight also uneven toilet floor will stay here again nearly cancelled due to previous bad reviews but it was nice and quiet and great value for money .
