Absolutely perfect for us. Stayed with 3 children, close to the centre of everything. Lovely clean, warm and welcoming. Breakfast was great. Would definitely stay again.

Booked as a last minute overnight stay. Close to the sea front. Nice check in, room lovely and clean, bathroom nice and clean with a shower. Great breakfast in the morning, somewhere to sit outside Would stay here again can highly recommend

The owners are a lovely couple very helpful and chatty. The house is far enough away from the main entertainment so the noise is not a bother. If you are coming by train as we did it was an easy walk from the station and we are in our late 60s. The house is older but beautifully kept steep stairs and a bit creaky breakfast was also great.

Great place to stay, I booked based on reviews and did not fail. Ran by a lovely lady, everything was clean, comfy beds and a great breakfast. In walking distance of everything you need and a couple of carparks nearby if there's no on the road parking. I would definitely use this hotel on my next trip to Blackpool

More than value for money stay

Arrived a few hours earlier than check in, was greeted by 1 of the owners who couldnt have been more plesant and helpful from the get go if she tried. Allowed us to check-in early, pointed out the best and local parking. When we checked in she explained all about the stay, where things were, how to get to where we were going, breakfast. Room was tidy, clean, shower worked and was nice. Breakfast was nice, owner even went out on a limb for us on our checkout day and made us a sandwich to go as we were leaving before breakfast time. Really enjoyed our stay, was made to feel very welcome and comfortable, would definitely stay again and recommend

Lovely stay with my family

Really lovely couple who own the place. They were so friendly, polite and always had such a nice welcome off them when we saw them in the morning at breakfast. The breakfast was delightful. Cooked to perfection and so tasty! We stayed for 2 nights and it lasted us until our tea. We stayed with 2 children, the room was perfect. Really clean, tidy and we all slept really well (the beds were very comfy and the duvet covers were lovely and cosy). Kettle, tea, coffee, milk sachets, hairdryer and towels were provided in the room. WiFi is really fast! Literally can’t fault the stay at all.

Good value for money

Stayed for a long weekend with my husband and toddler. The room was clean and tidy. Drawers and hangers for clothes. En suite and a hairdryer. Staff were friendly and approachable. Would stay again.

It was ok didnt speak much when we arrived he said hi give us are keys and told us door closing time but u had key to get in bedroom ok no shower gel also very squeeky floors when we left just said thanks hope all was ok bar not open only seen open one night all in all could do with abetter welcoming but b&b was ok

Pleasant stay friendly hosts

Landlady very welcoming and friendly, location was good for everything just a shame about the pouring rain which makes everywhere seem not as close. Room a little on the small side but clean ok if your not spending any length of time in there. Didn’t have breakfast so unable to comment on the food. Nice and quiet no disturbances. Pillows a little hard if that is an issue for anyone room nice and warm which was welcoming after getting soaked in the rain. Shower fine plenty hot water.

Great stay!

Great location about 10 min walk from centre pier! Parking about 2 mins away £15 for 48 hours which was perfect! Second time we have stayed now rooms clean and comfortable

Guest House was in a great location and the owners were top notch. Only thing I would suggest is perhaps fans in the upper rooms as no breeze was coming in the window and the rooms were very warm, but for all the time I was there (just for sleeping) they did a job. Thanks

Brilliant guest house

Cannot fault this guest house, location is excellent! I had to amend our booking last minute and owners were so understanding and accomodating. John & Sandra make you feel very welcome & were brilliant with the kids. The guest house and our room was very clean and had everything you need, we would definitely stay there again!

Brilliant stay in blackpool

Cleanliness on room and hotel was excellent hotel location is within 5mins walk of Blackpool attractions hosts Sandra and John where excellent and very friendly would recommend to family and friends and will definitely be staying at the Bianca again.
