Practical Details
• **We recommend 4WD** - The roads in the development are gravel, and normally accessible with any vehicles; however, certain whether conditions may dictate All-Wheel or 4-Wheel drive access. The driveway is also a sloped, gravel drive and only 4WD vehicles allowed in the driveway. There is off street parking in front of the house for 3 non 4WD vehicle
• There is parking for up to 11 cars max; 8 in the driveway, and 3 more in the parking pad in front of the house.
• Limited Wifi: Downloads 25 mbps; upload speed 5 mbps. The Wi-Fi is very limited, emails and general web surfing is available, however, no streaming.
• Each TV offers DirecTV and streaming capabilities. Please use your accounts to stream.
• Mountain setting: Outdoor terrain and hiking routes may be uneven or steep. There is a creek nearby you can HEAR but you cannot walk down to the creek. It is heavily wooded and the creek is past the property line. We would suggest hiking in Montreat on the Greybeard trails.
• Linens & towels provided (one set per guest)

• Minimum booking age: The reserving guest must be 25 or older and remain at the home for the entire duration of the stay.

This home is located in a peaceful, private mountain community. To preserve the relaxing setting for everyone, please keep noise to a respectful level at all times. Parties and disruptive behavior aren't permitted, and we kindly ask that you be mindful of neighbors and quiet hours starting at 10pm.

Extended Stays
Reservations of 30+ days are subject to additional review. Stays exceeding 90 days require a separate agreement. A security deposit, mid stay cleaning fees and trash pick up fees may apply depending on the length of stay.

Military Discount

Last-Minute Bookings
For reservations made **within 5 days of arrival**, additional verification is required to protect our homeowners and guests.
