"What a beautiful valley on the fjord! The cabin has a fantastic view out over Ortnevik to the Sognefjord. It really is stunning. We went on a couple of short hikes around the valley and totally enjoyed them. The cabin itself is comfortable with all the facilities you will need. There is a small store in Ortnevik where you can get groceries but be aware that it has limited opening hours so check with the host. "We had a wonderful time in Viksdalen with our extended family. We had everything that we needed or could want in the house. We loved the separate lakeside cabin but wished that we had discovered it sooner, rather than at then end of the holiday. If we could have changed anything it would be that the wonderful view wasn`t obscured by the owners roofline. It is very peaceful here and if you like solitude then this place has it in covered."

"Herrliche Lage, direkt am Arnafjord, mit herrlicher großer Terrasse und Badestrand nebenan. Das Haus ist ganz gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Alle Küchenzutaten, wie Salz, Pfeffer etc muss man allerdings mitbringen. Die Anfahrt von Vik zieht sich etwas, ca 30 min immer am Fjord lang, aber dafür hat man dann Idylle pur."
