"The hotel is great however I booked the two rooms for the pool so my grandkids could swim. When we arrived we were informed it was closed. Had this been addressed before I would’ve picked another hotel. Aggravating when you tell them they will get to swim and you pack all the things and you can’t! They did offer to swim at lifetime fitness down the road but kids can only swim until 8pm there. Disappointing. Do better. "

"Clean room. Horrible staff throughout the Hotel. From the custodian to the pool attendant every one acted as if the guests were bothering them by just being there. Very rude."

"I check my email the day or so prior to arrival all of info we need to get into the house along with wifi password were sent. The house looked just like the pictures it was cleaned and neat. It gives you that home away from home feel. It was very comfortable. There were no complaints on how the beds sleep everyone said they sleep very well from the pillows to the mattress. The location was good as far as stores and restaurants we were 30 minutes out from the Convention Center of course we knew that this was a question asked prior to booking. We didn't mind the drive considering the accommodation the house gave. The neighborhood was very peaceful and well kept. There ls a small parked that has a gate access code to it. If booking be sure to ask for the code if you like to visit which we did not. There was a propane grill there you will have to be sure it's filled if you plan on grilling. We weren't sure about using it nor how that goes as far as whom supply the gas. So we asked and got a reply back a day later. We did give it much thought considering it's Spring Break time and people are up an moving. She was fine with it being used just asked that it cleaned after it's used. Which is the right thing to do. We were from Florida & Mississippi so the weather was a bit different considering ours. It's windy and cool even in the 60's we were packed for a bit of everything due to us checking the weather prior. OVER ALL GREAT STAY AND EXPERIENCE BOOK YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID!!!!"

"The house was great! We were in town for a swim meet in Jenks and it was very easy to get there and back. The house was great with kids, plenty of space in the yard and a really nice neighborhood to walk around, with very little traffic. The host had a high chair and pack and play for us to use, and the big kids liked the Pacman machine and ping pong table. There are a lot of stairs, and the driveway is very steep (a little intimidating initially), but those are more FYI details and didnt detract from our stay at all. The steep driveway provided a lot of entertainment for the kids running up and down. A really, really nice house we'd love to stay at again."
