"Everything was great would stay again"

"One of the best hotels ive been to very cheap very good location very clean"

"Clean"

"It was peaceful"

"It is small but perfect for solo travel."

"This room had lizards, did not have a desk or even much in the room, no phone, no cable and only one chair and only few linen. Room had a flood and one day they never came to clean the room. I will advise before taking a room always look first before booking and price was way too high"

"Nice place, friendly neighbors."

"The staff was very responsive and easy to communicate with. There are some minor updates that the property could benefit from. "

"This property was extremely misleading and did not match the listing or photos advertised on Hotels.com. The description stated the apartment had two queen beds and double bed, but upon arrival we discovered there was only one queen bed and a bunk bed, forcing two adults to sleep in bunk beds which was completely unacceptable for what we booked and paid for. The condition of the apartment was also very disappointing. The shower door would not stay closed while showering and continuously slid...

"This property is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and update the pictures are very deceiving. The sheets weren’t clean. It smelled of smoke and the previous guest left a marijuna bud at the door. I’ll definitely be seeking a refund. We didn’t use any of the amenities. The washing machine looked filthy and the dryer wasn’t operational."

"False advertisement and i wasn’t even able to enter the room "

"I had an amazing stay at this property! Everything was clean and comfortable. The location was great and parking was easy to navigate. Communication with the property manager was pleasant and always reliable. Any issues were always handled immediately and with the utmost care. I will definitely stay here again in the future!"

"Very convenient location and definitely a fav"

"Best and most quite place with best location in Miami"

"I’m usually very picky with hotels, but this is genuinely one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. Staff are incredible, facilities and rooms are beautiful. If I come back to Miami, will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Maison Felix!!"
