「Lovely room with jet bath and tv in bathroom nice chill with glass of wine , breakfast was piping hot and delicious, lovely friendly lady waiting on in dining room .」

「Booked due to location for work appointment..Parking is very limited. Room was clean, unfortunately bed was of a poor standard and very uncomfortable.」

「We always ask for a river view and it was greatly appreciated」

「Excellent」

「Excellent staff very kind and hospitable and very nice pub food and breakfast. LargeTV screen to watch the World Cup and BBC I player to catch up on the highlights, all good.」

「ニューカッスルの郊外にあり、ホテルの周りには何もないですが、中のバーやレストランで十分に楽しみました。またプールは小さいですが、子供と遊ぶにはちょうど良かったです。 広く、安く、綺麗な部屋でした。」

Check-in was handled well for our group although dining that night as a group required meals to be pre-selected to help the catering staff. Whist complying with this requirement, the actual meal service was sporadic with some meals...
