「Sure there were a lot of hot tubs but there quite a few that wasn’t working. It seemed like they were in the middle of doing maintenance/ repairs. Do not book the Chalet if you are looking for clean and comfort. The couches were stained, the stairs to the loft is narrow and the walk same walkway was terrifying. You need a wristband to enjoy the “attractions” and you have purchase the breakfast at the reception desk. 」

「Excelente lugar rodeado de naturaleza, una hermosa piscina, comida muy rica en el restaurante. Únicos puntos "negativos" la cama sonaba muchísimo y durante fin de semana de evento en Parque Viva vas a escuchar mucho ruido externo a la propiedad y al hotel」

「Excellent proximity to airport but until 11pm there is plane noise. Starts again in the am but not super early. Convenient to major highways but traffic is a nightmare in San Jose. Allow hours to get out of the greater metro area」

「Très jolie pied à terre en dehors de la ville. Proche de l’aéroport donc pratique. Charmant.」

「Airport shuttle comes every half hour, and the staff from the airport was very helpful in directing people where to go. Nice big clean room. The only thing I was super disappointed in was the pool. The pool is the smallest pool I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Good thing we were able to use the pool at the sister hotel, Double Tree, which was much nicer. All in all, it was a good experience 」

「This lodging is a hidden gem away from Poas but close enough to get to the crater within 20 minutes. The views from the dining area were spectacular. The owner, Cindy, communicated clearly and often. She provided excellent directions to the property which is located high up on a hill in a residential area. The bedding was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend Serenity Ecolodge for a stay near Poas Volcano. I have nothing but good things to say about the...
