Welcome to our stylish and secure townhouse located in a peaceful, yet vibrant part of Birmingham. Our two-story residence boasts two bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, and a spacious outdoor deck for your relaxation.

Inside, you'll find a tastefully furnished space with a thoughtfully decorated living room, dining area, and kitchen designed for comfort and convenience. We've taken care to provide modern amenities, including a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker.

For your security and ease, we've installed a Ring doorbell and a backyard camera. Plus, there's an electronic Nest lock on the front door, eliminating the need for keys.

Our property has recently undergone upgrades, with a new HVAC system, roof, fresh paint, and updated flooring to ensure your comfort.

As your host, I'm here to make your stay exceptional. I'll be available to assist you throughout your visit. Don't hesitate to reach out for recommendations or any assistance you may need during your stay.

Amazing stay

Our stay was absolutely fantastic, Kevin the host, was great. Left clear instructions, made sure we had all things required for an easy check in and check out. The place was perfect, had everything we needed. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and exactly what we were needing and looking for. Definitely a great location for what we were in the area for. Close to all amenities as well. Excellent, well kept. Will definitely stay there again if we are in the area. 10/10
