The parking is far from the hotel. I was charged £34 for parking even though the receptionist tokd me i don't have to pay for parking upon arrival. It was a terrible experience.

I would say that the check could have been better. The receptionist didn't explain about the need to use the key in lifts. Also, when we got the room a cleaner said that the child sofa bed was broken. Hence we had to move to a different bedroom. That aside, our experience was overall a positive one with nice, helpful staff, a gym and plenty of choice at the breakfast table. And a nice downstairs area to relax/drink in the evenings.

hotel and room looks tatty and looked tired. my room had lots of marks and stains on walls and carpet and i had a disabled shower!!! Also if the hotel is being used to house certain groups of people it should be communicated at booking.
