When I arrived they couldn’t find my reservation. I had originally booked a Sat.-Thurs. stay with Expedia but just days before I went, I booked to come in a day early on the Fri.. I couldn’t get a deal on Expedia, so I booked with Hotelscloud.com, I think. Eventually, after a lengthy 20 or so min. they found it but then they couldn’t find the next booking starting the next day. Eventually they found & I asked them if they could keep me in the same rm & not move me & she said yes & would leave a note for the morning clerk. Next morning the clerk’s knocking on my door telling me it’s check out & I answer the door & tell what’s going & she says ok & will use my same credit card.
The room was made up when I arrived but the sink & tub had some dirt in it, there was urine on the top of the bowl & when I went to have a shower, a lot of dirt came off the bottom my feet, a lot, from walking on the laminate floor. I checked the bed for bed bugs but found none. While checking I saw that the mattress was severely stained with a dark colour of something on both sides of the mattress. The mattress was extremely soft & I ended up with backaches for all days. The pillows were flat with stuffing whatsoever & some had pillow slips but no pillow cases & some only had pillow cases & none of them were long enough for the pillows. I have pics of all these issues. I didn’t bother to complain in case they moved me or caused me any problems while I was there. Which brings me to my final issue.
