This is in line with rental regulations and is facilitated through our trusted third-party app, Superhog. The process is quick and easy! Superhog will reach out to you via email or text, offering you a choice between a $500 security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver. This helps protect both you as our valued guest and us as your host. Please be sure to complete this before your arrival.
