"A delightful property with a lovely garden and gorgeous swimming pool that was much larger than I expected. Very comfortable rooms and effective air conditioning. Spacious shower. The bath was a little small, but this wasn’t a problem. The location of the property is fantastic: it was even closer to a superb beach than I expected, and a short walking distance from a group of good restaurants and a very well stocked shop. We really enjoyed our stay and Ayhan was very easy to reach to ask questions when we needed. Really great place!"

"Really great stay with my extended family this summer. The villa was just as described, easy to find, great communication with the hosts. Loved how private the villa felt, being slightly further back from the beach was a good option as during July it gets busy. Highly recommend to others!"

"The house is very nice and well priced. The beach of the town is very close! One of the bedrooms with ensuite bath is accessed through another bedroom. Might not be clear from description. Wasn’t an issue from us but that bathroom has an open shower which gets the whole interior wet. The living room and dining room are good for 6-8 people. There are mosquitos so we didn’t use the terrace for breakfast or dinner - just plan ahead with bug spray. The house has a nice land but the grass is not watered so it’s extremely dry and filled with old branches. If you have kids that want to play soccer or something, it’s not conducive. They will love the pool though."

"Room cleaning and maid service very good. Staff not very knowledgable about the area. AC in lobby was excellent but inefficient in the room, reception staff were not interested in getting it sorted. Breakfast was adequate"

"Great vacation. Property was fabulous. Loved that there was two sections to it. It worked so well for my family of 3 and sisters family of 5. Really easy quick walk to the beach and small convenience store. Lovely inside and out. Would definitely return. Host was very responsive to a couple of minor issues."

"This was just the most perfect stay for our small group. Ulrike was easy to communicate with and prompt with responses. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Walking distance to cute bars, restaurants and beaches. Would 100% stay here again when back in Menorca. A true gem!"
