Booked twin room, got one room instead Hotel not aware of our booking, got us a room cleaned and ready while we were waiting. Old hotel/room,cleanliness average, not much room facility, smells of cigarette. The man who was in reception was very nice helpful.

The room was clean and spacious, the staff were respectful, and the breakfast was absolutely wonderful. The view of the Pyramids from the rooftop was beautiful—thank you.

They take £110i instead of £86 they no have room for me the night they give me a small room dirty no shower working no a/c working breakfast not good please I need refund for 1 night I have kids with me I cannot change hotel is horrible experience I booked 2 months before they give up my room I need refund they are horrible

I stayed in the VIP room, view was amazing. Room was clean enough. The staff was absolutely amazing Ahmed and Yusef went above and beyond and ensured I was comfortable and attended to all throughout. I was offered several massages and even though I needed one, I felt a bit pressured so that made me a bit uncomfortable so I didn’t get one. Hotel also offers excursions which was good but I had already made arrangements for my stay. The views are impeccable from the balcony and the roof. I was travelling alone as a female so I could’ve been just a bit paranoid but some people were just a bit too friendly which was the only point I felt uncomfortable. Breakfast was good, I’m a picky eater and I was offered familiar breakfast choices instead of the traditional Egyptian breakfast. I was also struggling to get food to my liking around the area but the chef at the hotel (Ahmed’s Mom) made good food so I ended up having most meals at the hotel. Food reminded me somewhat of home ❤️ Lastly, I was also celebrating my birthday and was provided with small tokens and a gift from staff (Kota) which I appreciated.
