Located in a convenient downtown Biloxi neighborhood, Hopkins House offers easy access to the beach, casinos, shopping, dining, and local attractions. While the home provides a comfortable residential setting, guests should expect the normal sounds and activity that come with staying near downtown. Your comfort and safety come first—every piece of bedding is carefully cleaned before your arrival. This smoke-free property is monitored by an exterior security camera. If you’re hoping to check in early or sleep in a bit later, we offer early check-in or late checkout for $50/hr (up to four hours and based on availability). All guests are required to sign a rental agreement when booking. Special events may be allowed with prior approval, a paid $500 event fee, and a signed special event addendum.
