「パッと見た印象はホテルらしくはないけど、オーナーや他の従業員のサービスは細かいところまで行き届いていて快適に過ごせました。部屋の電気に問題がありましたが、外出中に直して欲しいと伝えたらちゃんと使えるようにしてくれました。ホテルとして最低限の備えはあり、シャワーやトイレ、キッチン、掃除機（！）、扇風機、ヒーター、大型薄型テレビなどがあり、安い費用で十分に快適に過ごすことができました。但し、日本語は通じないので、極々初歩的な英会話のスキル（チェックイン、アウト時）は必要です。また、ロンドン中心部まで電車で15分前後かかりますが、ホテルの真横が駅な（電車の音はしない）ので、非常に利便性も高く使い勝手のいいホテルでした。因みに、ダブルベッドの部屋が開放感があり、見晴らしもいいホテルの構造のようなので、オススメです。」

「Lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Facilities in room are excellent including mini fridge. Lovely little bar area and lounge. Good location. Friendly helpful staff. Best breakfast of anty hotel I have stayed in Fresh cooked to order and served to table. Evening meals available. Car park but if full voucher given for on street parking.」

「Booked an apartment but due to maintenance problems we were upgraded to a hotel. Very comfortable, quiet and 30 seconds walk to station. 」

「As a first time visitor to London, I found this to be a great start to my trip. It’s very simple and user friendly experience. I enjoyed being able to pop down into the pub for a bev or even a pizza. Quite walkable as well, I took a lovely morning stroll with a chai and croissant from down the way! 「I have often stayed at this hotel when travelling for business in the area and it never disappoints. The service, staff, ambience, excellent food and easy car parking, makes it a must stay. 「This is self check in place and I didn’t know that as on my email about check in details it was answered with guess house names. So had really big problem finding place then arrived with no code for key safe box. Place overall was mess full of cabin crew yungsters partying, fair enough they were helpful as they contacted landlord so I got a room key. I received email with check in details next day…」

「Perfect friendly welcome from the lovely girl on reception, was transfered from a local crack den called Stifford Clays farm due to double booked so was so relieved to stay in such a nice hotel with friendly pleasant staff, would certainly stay here again」

"深夜過ぎの空港到着からの宿泊でしたが、受付もロビーも明るく、24時間営業体制が助かりました。部屋も綺麗でよかったです。空港から少し歩きますが、道順の案内が折々にあるので、無事辿り着けました。スーツケースがあるので、空港に近いけれどもシャトルバスがあると、さらにいいと思いました（もしかしたらあったのかもしれませんが）"
