Looking for a getaway in a family home in the heart of a protected environment on the shores of Lake Paladru and its crystal-clear waters? LES 3 CÈDRES is just waiting for you. Sheltered at the end of a cul-de-sac, this tastefully renovated 160 m2 house offers a magnificent setting with an uninterrupted view over the lake.

If you're feeling active, there are plenty of hiking trails in the area. The garden, with its hundred-year-old cedars, also offers all kinds of activities: a large trampoline, badminton and volleyball nets, gymnastic bars with floor mats. The owners will provide you with an access badge for the Bilieu beach, so you can walk straight down to it from the house along the green path.

In case of bad weather, don't panic: the basement has been converted into a gym and games room with table football, darts, pool table, pull-up bar and rowing machine. Something for all the family. The Musée Archéologique du Lac de Paladru, just 5 minutes away, also welcomes young and old alike for an immersion into the neolithic and medieval history of the lake.

On the practical side, the ground floor comprises a living area of around 45m2 with a fully-equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, food processor, island dining area), a dining room with a large table, a lounge furnished with 2 sofas and a large connected TV, a master suite with king-size bed, TV, island bath, double washbasin unit, adjoining dressing room, teleworking area.
The first floor opens onto a children's play area (Switch console, TV, chess set, sofa), a pink bedroom with 1 single bed + 1 pull-out single bed + 1 double bed 140, a blue bedroom with 1 double bed 140, a yellow bedroom with 1 double bed 140 and a final bedroom with 1 single bed + 1 pull-out single bed.

Ultron the cat welcomes you into his home. A Siberian breed, he's hypoallergenic and doesn't ask for much: a bit (a lot, passionately) of cuddles and a drink. When it comes to kibble, he gets by with his distributor. When he goes out, he uses his cat flap. His friends Châtaigne, Noisette and Pêche live in the garden: these turtles only ask for a few leaves of lamb's lettuce and chicory a day (left for you in the fridge).
