Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
This is a beautiful apartment that's in the heart of Casco Viejo and quiet inside when windows are closed. It's a 2 bedroom apt, but with three of us in there, it was snug. The a/c was very welcome on the balmy days we were there. Bathroom was lovely and accommodated multiple folks using it. There could be more kitchen utensils, pans, etc, but we had plenty of cups, glasses, etc. Asier provided coffee and tea, which was nice.The main drawback was communication, which was unusual. I had emailed several times re: check-in instructions and then for access codes/keys. I was told the night before our arrival that we would get them the day of our arrival. Nearly 3 hours before the allowed check-in time, I still had not heard anything despite multiple emails. Calling resulted in a better exchange, but we still had to call back for the wifi codes. The owner sent these to my WhatsApp instead of through VRBO.
