"Linen and towels were quite dirty and stained (always shows up on white) and when going for breakfast we found all the milk was completely frozen. Though we could eventually defrost it enough to use some, it was still annoying, especially when trying to feed hungry kids"

"Spacious, clean and renovated units. Amazing mountain views from our window and the shower was sooo refreshing! We had one king and two single beds to use. I found the beds were comfortable but the pillows were a bit soft."

"The hotel is an old one that needs some maintenance and updating. Rooms are small and as others have mentioned one can hear complete conversations of your neighbors. On the plus side, the staff were friendly, and helpful, the food was great and it is located within walking distance to the Summit and Main Range trek. It is the only hotel open in the summer season in Charlotte Pass. All in all I would stay again. "
