First time to Big Sky to Ski. The location was 10 minutes from the mountain base. Easy drive. The condo was excellent - very clean and spacious with all of the amenities you need. I would highly recommend!
This property was as good as advertised. The house was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, offering easy access to local attractions and amenities. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring our visit was seamless from start to finish. I highly recommend this property to anyone.

This is a review for Stay Montana. I was booked to be at this unit at Hidden Village but there was a last minute maintenance problem.
Stay Montana immediately notified me and rebooked me to another unit at Big Sky. The whole event transpired and resolved while I was in transit to Big Sky... I was notified of my new unit and was given entry instructions and drove right there. Seamless! thanks to Stay Montana team for their quick response!
Relatively nice for the pricing. Check in was via physical door key, not digital access as stated (no problem). Garage was a mess, with ongoing work; piles of firewood blocked entrance with a car. Checkout at 10 A.M. and check in not until 4 P.M. is annoying & excessive. Comfy beds & separate thermostats in rooms was a plus.
We were very happy with our stay. The location is perfect for access to Big Sky resort and Big Sky town center. We really enjoyed the wood burning fireplace each evening after a day of snowboarding. Some kindling would have made things easier, but we made do. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for cooking in. It snowed a foot while we were there, so having the heated garage was great. A garage door opener would have made it more convenient. We actually found one in a drawer, but it didn’t seem to operate the door. The king sized bed in the master was very comfortable. We did however, find some black dog hair on the bed pillows and in various corners throughout the condo. We are dog lovers, so it didn’t really bother us. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Big Sky.
This was a good location for skiing. Property is somewhat dated, but clean and well managed. Not well equipped for cooking/eating in, but groceries were limited in Big Sky. Buy groceries in Bozeman before you arrive.
Overall, pretty good. The Internet was slow, making it hard to stay in touch with the office. It would have been nice to have some tissues, fire starter, and a coffee starter pack (like every hotel room with a coffee pot has). Also, the listing should very, very clear that you will have to walk to the "public" hot tub, and it can be busy during peak season.
Great townhome with everything you may need during your ski trip
We enjoyed our 5 day stay at this property. All necessary things were there for us to use: towels, shampoos/conditioners, condiments, plates and cups, firewood and so on. The furniture looked new and beds were comfortable. Fireplace was great! Check in and check out is easy. The location is great since you are only 12 min drive away from the lifts and 5 min away from the stores, restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again when we are back in Bit Sky, MT. Highly recommend!

Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Cleanliness was less than desired
The location and checkin process were amazing. The property manager was easy to work with. However, the master bedroom was covered in dog hair. The blanket and sheets and pillow all had dog hair throughout. At first we thought there were only a few hairs but we quickly realized it was everywhere. We went through 3 lint rollers and then decided to try to wash everything. It took us half the night to wash and dry everything. We tried to run the vacuum and it had no suction. A large ball of dog hair fell out of the bottom. The property manager was very easy to work with and did discount our stay but the nightmare was no fun at all.
We very much enjoyed our stay. Josie and Jenny were great at making sure we had everything we needed! We loved the wood burning fireplace, especially after our bee hive basin hike where we got pelted with rain and hail but it was still fun. The Lava Lake hike was absolutely beautiful. One evening we saw the most spectacular rainbow we've ever seen right off the balcony!! Colorful, full rainbow that turned into a double rainbow. We had a great time enjoying God's creation!
