"Bathroom door handle broken, stepped on a drill bit on the floor, seemed like it was cleaned in a hurry, can hear upstairs neighbors clearly which I didn’t love, place was hot when we came in, shower doesn’t work when the upstairs neighbors are using it at the same time I took a cold shower with a dribble, parking is not clear where you should park. It is very small and to top it off I broke my finger on the fan blades because they are like a foot from the top of the top bunk. Like why would you install a fan where people can easily get hurt? Would not stay here again. Very awful experience. "

"We were so disappointed that the pool and hot tub were closed. That was the number one reason we chose this property, and we were willing to pay more (compared to other similar properties) was to enjoy the hot tub. Especially, since it is listed as the main attraction. It only feels right that we receive a refund at some level to make up for the disappointment. I never write negative reviews but this one really was difficult since it was a family trip we were really looking forward to! "
