A private boat dock with screened in boat house comes with 4 kayaks for water fun, including swimming, fishing, and exploring. A sun-room in the main house is perfect for morning coffee and eagle-watching.
Deer roam the property making this the perfect place for relaxing and enjoying nature. Three large screen TVs are located in the family room and bedrooms, and the living room and master bedroom feature romantic fireplace. A large dining table will accommodate your big family gathering.

The house was perfect for us! We absolutely loved the area! We took a trip to Canton for the afternoon. We enjoyed the hot tub and the relaxed feeling in the house!! The large dining room table was perfect for our puzzle and all our game playing! There were plenty of bath towels and towels for the hot tub. We especially loved pickleball courts at the clubhouse. The restaurant was also very tasty!! Thank you for such a fun weekend!!

Thanksgiving 2023
Family from Tulsa, Colorado, New Orleans, and five cities in Texas gathered to celebrate Thanksgiving at a family farm in Shady Grove, only a 10 minute drive from Holly Lake Ranch.
Five Adults, 2 college students, and 2 teens stayed in this perfect house. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking traditional Thanksgiving fare that was then taken to the farm for celebration. The dock was perfect for fishing, and the furnishings were truly lovely. Really a great place for our Tulsa clan. Loved watching the sun come up over the lake from the charming sun room, with my morning coffee.

Great house on the lake!
We had a wonderful time and plan to come back next year. The boathouse was great, the main house was spacious, clean, and just what we needed for our group. The host is incredibly friendly and responsive too.

July 4th reunion 2923
We spent time with 46 family members this stay at Lake Holly Resort … wonderful reunion of all ages from 2 to 80 years of age.
We rented 4 different homes in the resort. We spent most of the times all together in one central large home owned by a faamily member . Wonderful time !!

Relaxing lakeside retreat
Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our getaway. The home is comfortably appointed, well stocked and beautiful. Each day we enjoyed fishing from the docks and kayaking the lake. When we were not on the lake, we were enjoying the view of the lake and it’s many deer visitors from the sunroom while reading or working. The hosts made communication quick and easy.

Family reunion
The property is just as advertised and presented in the pictures. Enjoyed being on the water as we were able to bring a boat and do some fishing. Very quiet neighborhood. This was our second stay at this property and we will book again.
