"I had to keep my shoes on because of how dusty the floor was, I had to buy cleaning products to clean the tub. The bathroom door knob kept falling off. My son saw it and compared it to a motel in cyberpunk. Lol thats not a compliment."

"Rooms were clean. Beds were great. I had a 2nd floor room. I make a comment on my check in that there was no elevator and walking up and down the stairs were going to be hard kn my knees. Crystal came to us asking if we wanted 1st floor room. They had the room ready for us. It was so clean and nice. ..."
