"We had a great time! Vicky and Blake were very responsive to all our questions and the house was comfortable and reasonably well-equipped for cooking. The only thing we couldn’t find was a cutting board, but we didn’t think to ask for one so that was on us. The house was very easy to access from the beach. Highly recommend. "

"The house was beautiful! It was clean, spacious and well-stocked throughout with linens, extra pillows, and towels. The pool and hot tub were maintained, clean and a great amenity to our vacation! It was a short walk to the beach each day, horses roamed the surroundings, and spectacular sunrises on the upper deck. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook at there for the days we stayed in. The baby gates were helpful for our little dogs to stay on the same floor as us. The host was very responsive and kind. We love Carova and the 4x4 area. We'd absolutely book again! "

"Renee provided an amazing stay! The house and location were very nice and peaceful. They were very respectful and had great communication. If we needed something they were quick to make sure we were helped. The house was very clean and the arcade games are an amazing added bonus. We were able to have fires as well as a short trip to the beach. The outdoor shower was super helpful especially with our dog. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking to be close to the beach but have some additional privacy in the woods. They had a bunch of beach necessities and some added extra goodies waiting for us. "

"The Carte’s were extremely pleased with our stay for the 2025 Labor Day holiday. The house was amazing, clean and Phil was extremely helpful with answering our questions about the area. The best part of our trip was by far the wild horses and the seclusion of the Rusty Crab. We recommend booking a visit at this house and giving it a 10 out of 10!!!"

"We just returned from our second stay at this beautiful home, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The house is very well maintained, clean, and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway.During our stay, there was an unexpected issue with the air conditioning, but the owner was incredibly responsive and worked quickly to resolve it while we were still there. They kept in communication with us throughout the process and even provided compensation for the inconvenience, which we really appreciated.It’s clear the owner takes great pride in the property and genuinely cares about the comfort of their guests. We had a great experience both times we’ve stayed."

"Great stay with plenty of room for hanging out by the clean pool, or hiding from the sun inside in the family space after a long day at the beach. Great outdoor shower to rinse off sand from the beach and a hot tub for cool nights. Overall very comfortable with amenities and a clean home. Would absolutely stay here again! P.S. great to have 3 functioning baby gates to allow adults to have some peace of mind with crawlers and young ones!"
