"Yes, its on a busy street. Yes, there is a shared kitchen/coffee station. Our room (102) was very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable - I should have asked for an extra pillow (3 are on the bed). I actually liked the previous-poster's "cheap" comforter or it would be too hot. I appreciated the fan and a high window to let in fresh air (I noticed that was not an option for all rooms). No issues at check-in. Didn't experience any shady people as mentioned in previous posts. We were there for one night and wouldn't hesitate to stay longer. Do your research - this is not for folks who expect full amenities of a hotel."
