"The beach view was perfect and their were plenty of things in the garage for us to use out there. I reached out to owner about our concerns with the dryer not drying our clothes and the breaker tripping if we used the outside fan. I got a fast response and the owner offered to come to the house and fix it, but we wanted to wait until we left. Our only other complaint was the fact that there was only one wash cloth and towel in the kitchen. This was not sustainable for 12 guests. This is very minor and did not really impact our stay. Other than that our only other thing was the very rude lady that came out to tell us to leave the hot tub. She came out right at 10PM. We were exiting the hot tub and gathering our stuff. None of us were rude at all, but she acted very hateful. This was upsetting and felt very disrespectful for zero reason. This was not the fault of the owner of the house, but should probably be addressed with this woman. Overall this property was beautiful and we had a great time. "

"Grand perfect layout for our small family of four with one bedroom and then the two bunk beds in the hallway for the kids. Nice and close to the beach with easy access with only one one dead-end road crossing to get there. The condo was nicely updated and had everything we needed to feel right at home and cook most of our meals "at home." The coded and gated parking is nice for security, especially if you have bikes or cargo boxes on your vehicle. We have stayed here before and didn't have to go anywhere to to check in, just straight to the room. For this particular stay. We had to go to Perdido Realty's office to get the vehicle pass and check-in materials, not a big deal since it's nice and close but slightly more deal than just being able to go straight to the room. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again!"

"Unfortunately the pool heater was broken so we couldn’t swim in our pool. Luckily the “sister “ condo next to us had a pool that was heated. The beach was very nice to walk on and we saw dolphins a couple of times. "

"The house was super clean and well appointed . We lacked for nothing. Location is close to marina on the inter-coastal and we walked there. Great for fishermen and charter fishing . Several restaurants close by. The hosts were responsive for any questions or needs."
