LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2,600+ sq ft open concept home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, twin/twin bunkbed, and private bath with tub and shower. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs third bedroom has a queen. Upstairs fourth bedroom has a double/twin bunkbed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Corian countertops, stainless steel appliances, center island, breakfast nook, cooktop stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Upstairs loft game room with pool table, large sectional sofa, smart TV, and desk work area. Smart TVs and streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Large fenced backyard includes a hot tub, deck, gas barbecue, and outside seating. Relaxation plus entertainment for everyone.

PARKING - 4 car driveway (no garage access) - located on an unmaintained road will require a 4X4 and chains during the winter months

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 11 people (10 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
